The Government Siddha Dispensary, Ongallur, is a prominent traditional healthcare service center located in the Ongallur Grama Panchayat of Palakkad District.

It is one of only two Siddha dispensaries operating in the entire Palakkad District. The dispensary commenced its operations last financial year as a result of continuous interventions and efforts by the Ongallur Panchayat Board. It is currently functioning in a rented building.
