All Social Security and Welfare Fund pension beneficiaries who were granted pension prior to December 31, 2025, must complete their mustering through Akshaya Centers between July 17, 2026, and September 30, 2026.

The Steering Committee is the principal body of the administrative council responsible for coordinating the administrative affairs of the Grama Panchayat, evaluating the functioning of various standing committees, and making administrative decisions of urgent importance. Chaired by the Grama Panchayat President, this committee comprises the Vice President and the chairpersons of the standing committees as members, with the Panchayat Secretary serving as the convener.
